Yeah but then again some hotels (like Fairmont) are now testing those automated Minibar systems where if you even move something you automatically get billed.
People placing their items in which shifts stuff incurrs automatic charges. I've heard The Westin Prince in Toronto has one of those automated fridges. If you place your own stuff in you get billed like $25, but on the other hand I think they will give you a fridge if you ask.
