Taj Exotica seems a bit outdated. But they are renovating the Taj Coral reef that looks pretty nice.

I think one should be careful when considering different hotels in Maldives. The most important aspect for me is being able to do spectacular snorkeling right off the rooms. You will NOT get this in O & O and maybe not that great at both FS's.
