AC posted on its website the new Aeroplan newsletter with details on its double miles on new routes promo:

31 new routes, 11 new destinations -- you’ll earn Double Aeroplan Miles on your first return flight, on each of the following new routes, between April 3 and August 31, 2000

That Honolulu-Sydney might be tempting, too bad they are not doing Vancouver-Sydney for double miles!
