We were there in March. We didnt notice the highway or the cold water. It was decent, somewhat rundown loike every other property in the area.

We then went to a hidden treasure 2 miles away. Embassy vacation resort on Lake Bryan. 3 br for 119/night. A diamond in the rough as it is still under development.
