WORST EXPRIENCE ON THAI AIRLINES transfer from PHUKET to ICN and worst C-class Seats

I am disappointed in Thai Airlines that words cannot describe the experience.
Iguess some 777-300 are old on Thai airlines.

Number 1. My flight transfer from HKT in BKK was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in the world.. I must have walked over 2km to get to the E-2 gate from the plane from Phuket. We had a 1 hour and 5 minutes layover time but it took over 25 minutes just to walk to the gate and then it was so far from the lounge that i could not even go inside.

This is very unacceptable. THen what is with the two security checkpoints? One after we get off the plane from Phuket then another before we get to the gate E-2? This is a waste of time and convenience for any flyer in the world.

Number 2. The plane 777-300 from BKK to ICN on the July 24th flight number 656? was the worst ever in business class seats. Your flight from ICN to BKK was the best ever but then the flight from BKK to ICN was so bad that it was a waste of money to fly business class if the seats were going to be like that.

I will be posting the experience on flyertalk.com the world largest frequent flyer forum, to let others know of the service on Thai airlines.
