They don't do much luxury travel so this is a bit of a once-in-a-lifetime for them, so I'd likely them to be really wowed. I get the impression they would really want something overwater...
id think 2BR overwater at FSLG would be pretty great. not sure if you can snorkel from FS explorer, but its 50% off.
if better snorkeling is desired & possible at these other properties, they do offer even more over the top overwater accommodations as well. >
