As for underserved, I guess that's relative. Given that they do not operate out of the main terminal at YUL, I suspect that they are only positioned to serve point-to-point traffic (or CNX like Gaspe - Ottawa), whereas Air Alliance will feed into the broader AC/* system ex-YUL.
