If you have not flown any miles this year it must be an error in thier computer. They are, generaly, very quick to post, but not proactive. As an example, last year I made gold on a fligh out of Doha. I asked at the Gold Lounge if I could get in and they said I was only showing up as Silver, so no entry.

You might not say anything and see if you can get in the lounge by having them check your record. However, after you complete your flights, you should send a detailed note to have them correct any errors, or you may lose out when they update things at the end of the year.
