They run ads in the Ottawa Citizen occasionally, which is how I knew without checking.

They actually appear in the OAG that arrived yesterday. Don't know if they've been in it before, but I've never noticed.

I heard back from their webmaster and it may be that the website problems (at least the "fly to" one) may be my own fault, e.g. asking for a flight on a day they don't fly at all from "Gatineau/Ottawa".
