So whats the consensus on the EB Skywards Infinite card Vs the RAK bank 3% cashback card? Conventional wisdom always maintains that a card that gives you cash back is more valuable than miles since with cash, you can do whatever you want, including buying miles (or gasp! pay for flight tickets!) if thats what you want to do. Thoughts?
3% is a good deal since the platinum gets 1.5miles per usd (or ~1%)..
for some the skywards miles are more rewarding.. since i can only purchase 25k miles.. the extra miles earned on the card can really add up and make the difference for an upgrade reward.. plus the bonus miles of 25k (or 75k for infinite)
