Try the train

We were in Spain in Feb and took the train from MAD to SVQ rather than fly.

It was a great way to see the countyside and delivered us to the city rather than the airport. I know there is Fast train service from Seville to Madrid and MAD to BCN, so maybe this would be an option. And there is no worry about baggage fees.
