żDo you think is normal having a 5 years Silver affiliate (which I agree is almost nothing but at least is somebody who burns more money on the alliance than the average passenger), spending time&money making calls, sending e-mails and writing letters for 2 months just to get switched 3232 award miles to status miles as they should be after a first correction?
As finally will requalify with segments perhaps I end forgotting this war but I feel really upset with this lack of efficience.
