This has been the subject of many on this thread, with numerous complaints about no pre-checking UPG's and some complaining about no guarantee of Club access on non-rev. Of course, the rules tend to get in the way of those requests and the hotel is usually busy (though I do recall staying there during SARS and it was very low occ,) so they actively respond to such pre check in requests explaining their UPG policy and the costs for the the UPG pre checkin. I have always gotten Club access, though as explained early, you get better rooms the more times you stay. Suites? on non rev? Doubt it.
