What is wrong with them??
I did a flight early June from Seattle to Vancouver, nwa Northwest flight number, operated by Horizon Air (which is surely eligible). Of course, it didn't credit, so after mailing the BP and tkt receipt in, got a mail saying that it would be rectified in 2 - 3 days. Still nothing. So do I have to send it all over again?
Bottom line: they REALLY REALLY don't want you to have the miles. Full stop.
