I am disappointed that the box of chocolates is to be withdrawn from the F cabin, although probably it is a good thing for my waist line. Can a small box be used instead or individual chocolates like the ones given in CE on some flights?

At the moment, however, I am more annoyed and disappointed at the disappearance of the First cabin from my flights later this year to YYZ and the substitution with a 767 which does not even have the NGCW .

Too many incremental reductions in F service quality and offering could lead to passengers looking elsewhere and BA must be careful that the reality of the F experience does not fall further away from the hype that is used to sell F:
