My dad needs to mail a points transfer certificate to Hilton (Delta mileage transfer), but the only address given is for Hilton in the USA.

We would much prefer a closer center to India for quicker delivery, either in Europe/UK or Asia. Alas, I have searched but been unable to find an address for one.

Does anyone here have an address for a service center in either of those regions that could save me an international call to Hilton stateside?
