Fair comments, all.

To be honest - I don't really care much for the miles since the differential aint much - just that the response email seemed to be in a not so great tone.

Christep - thanks for pointing out that this is actually the manner defined for earning Club Miles under MPC. If you have a moment, could you point me to relevant the section of the T&Cs? Just that I could not find anything in the T&Cs in the membership guide or online about this.
