BA needs to save money if it is to survive. What is a better solution? Getting rid of some chocs that many pax do not want, or getting rid of some staff. The loss of chocs really does not impact on the product, the loss of staff really does impact. It is a long way from no chocs to turning BA into Ryanair, so lets not get carried away.

Of course to be balanced, I don't like chocolate anyway.
