Yes, of course every airlines has delays, mechanical problems, and cancellations. However, I think you fail to realize that when things go bad, your beloved US Airways tends to send stranded passengers to terrible properties such as Days Inn while Delta, for example, would put passengers in a Sheraton or Hyatt. You accuse the OP of having an overstated idea of the adjective bad, yet your idea of excellence at US Airways only thrives inside your head.
