Ok Ok... "bad experience" was probably a poor choice of words.

I will say as a general rule though, flight reliability at least for me during these summer months has been much more frequent (mechanical, ATC delays, etc) than I experienced during the winter months.

On a positive note, I did give the agent a A&B certificate for switching me to a direct flight.
