While this dispute is not legal in nature, I still feel it inappropriate to provide a full trip report before I receive a proper response from them.
Still, many of you might feel it's inappropriate for me to post the above before the issue is resolved. I assure you I am doing so only because I promised a timely trip report that was due about 10 days ago and I didn't want to leave people hanging. I'll post everything once I hear back from management.

I wondered if now that a month has elapsed you are able to tell us about your stay.
I normally stay at the Cape Grace but was so disappointed last March by the shoddy redecoration and their much poorer food that I'm looking for somewhere else to stay next time. I'd appreciate hearing what you felt about the rooms, service and food at the One & Only.
