For that the best is do dummy booking, however it is only in Japanese. Nissian shows that they may offer you skyline or teana for P8 level cars, subject to availability as always. Also note that if you need English GPS, that will limit your choice a lot (or simply not available)

For me driving in Japan is more of necessity in rural part of the country, where transportation is troublesome. I have been enough driving in major city (I am from HK and I hate driving there)
