When I call the SEN hotline here, they also can never identify me via my original SEN number (my previous GM & FTL numbers that is). The only ones that work are the one LH CC which I had to cancel and the current CC number

So maybe I should wait for a 'pretty' CC number, cancel that one and then I have a decent SEN number for life

Oh btw - once they identified me by one of the working numbers, they can see all the others
