I have 3 hours in ORD so I wonder which lounges I could access - I imagine AA domestic Admirals club. I was at the one in DFW last year (my first time in domestic AA lounge) and I was appalled that one had to pay for refreshments!

Besides the lack of showers at the ORD FL, it's waaay out at the end of the T3 K concourse, which could be a long hike from your departure gate.
