I think however the OP is wishing to pay with Cold Hard Cash for the flights...

Have you tried calling either AC / LH / SA?

Not as exotic of an itinerary, but although US is a *A partner, it is tough to get their flights to show up on AC.com and they fly to some pretty common destinations.
