Well they've been very good about communicating with me. I've only just registered my phone with BA and had the shock of my life when a text arrived from BA, I was thinking the worst about my flight at that point. It turns out it is simply to tell me OLCI has opened, I had already done this 10 mins earlier and snagged the second seat on my list of preferred seats, the first having already gone.
