I have a question about Priority Pass. I got a Priority Pass for free from Citi (Premier Pass Elite). I believe this is the basic one. How does it work? Do I get a few free lounge access each year or do I have to pay $27 each time I use the lounge?

For Priority Pass from Citi Premier Pass Elite: For my understanding, "The $99 membership fee is waived. You pay $27 per person per visit if you choose to do so." I do have Priority Pass from Citi AMEX Platinum with 3 free visits per year.
