You may have a problem, given (I believe) DBCFREE do not allow free Origin/Destination changes

Now this version of S*FAR/CHANGES shows EWR is co-term with JFK/LGA which may no longer be true per
pagotto but looks like co-terminals are not allowed anyways.

of course there is always the chance you will get a sympathetic agent but if they say no, they are only following the rule.
