The budget for your trip is important. The array of good accomodation on Bali is astonishing, even at the lower priced end.

A combination of east bali (possibly 'The Serai' depending on budget) and Ubud area ( many riverview or rice terrace view hotels) might suit for a romantic honeymoon.
