I've stopped using the kiosks, as they *never* are able to process an upgrade for me. I've tried booking upgrades in advance (both Rapidair and Aeroplan Elite u/g's) with no luck, and the kiosks don't show me the option to upgrade on a regular full-fare economy ticket.
When the YYZ kiosks were first installed, I asked AC staff numerous times for help (and for mileage credit in the event it didn't work <g> ). Each time they told me that they were still working out the bugs. I tried again last week - still no luck.
Has anyone had this problem, and if so, were you able to solve it?
