Hey all, couple questions here. First, how many of you normally try to combine MRs with vacation plans? I'm pretty new to the MR game and have seen a lot of comments in the past to the effect of 'too bad its middle of the week only' which leads me to believe most people try to do their MRs while still working, either on late flights or weekends.

Second, I was wondering if anyone has seen anything leaving early September and returning late September from SFO/LAX going to France/Italy or surrounding countries.
I was going to try and combine a MR with a vacation but even with 3-strikes the best I'm getting out of UA is $718.70 on SFO-CDG from the 6th-21st. That seems somewhat decent fare wise these days but certainly not MR worthy around these parts.

Any suggestions?
