Yes, 600K/year is nothing to sneeze at, but it is not enough to fly F all the time. But you must keep in mind the stock options at the end of the year. Those can amount to tens to even hundreds of millions of dollars. That's where the real money is.
I would assume that they will have expenses other than buying airline tickets (you know, food, cars, house, that kinda stuff), also that was total compensation, including any options (all of which if he had any would be likely worthless anyways)
