Yes. I booked a $128.00 rate using this 2 for 1 promo and it claims to include breakfast (so that would normally cost me about $4 for 2 days.....$2.10 upgrade from the free continental breakfast for 2 days).
I do agree with the original poster about the raising of the rates and making 2 for 1 look like 2 for 1.98. But the $128 rate is okay. The lowest I paid at this hotel was $71.10,. so it works a little.
