Depends when also - if it's in the main Midwest to Europe departure bank, allow extra time to clear security as it can go mad in that terminal.

I've never encounter fastrack at ORD T5 - everyone is left to fend for themselves. The TSA are especially vocal there (more than usual).

As stated - airside at T5 is abysmal. The food dining options (if you're not in a lounge) are all pre-security. Oh. There are some carts (as well as the two branches of Hudson news).

I'd try to minimise my time in T5 as much has possible to be honest, if it wasn't for that dratted TSA inspection queue. The Hilton at T1/2/3 might even be a better option...
