As far as I know, not to the airport - with a Thalys ticket you can only travel free from Midi to Brussels-Central, -Nord, -Schuman or -Luxembourg, and vice versa. For the rest of Belgium, "Brussels-Any Belgian Station" ticket needs to bought at the moment of booking your Thalys, which is about 5 euros more expensive than the normal one. This is, of course, not worth for the airport (just buy a separate ticket Brussels-Airport).
On a different note, any Thalys ticket to/from those cities can be used to travel free in the zones of Aachen or Cologne in Germany (this includes CGN airport).
