My husband and I are headed to the UK in a week.
We purchased 4-day consecutive Britrail passes. We'll begin to use them on our first Saturday by taking the train from London to visit friends in Glasgow.

I wondered if you could recommend some easy sightseeing to do along the way? Easy as in, something just off the train that we can spend two hours at and then get back on to finish the journey to Glasgow?
