If you want to shower, get to the RCC early to reserve a slot, they have nice facilities.

But, what you really should do, is go to the ANA C class lounge. I have never been to the ANA F class lounge, but the C class lounge is amazing. They have quite a spread, plus a Saki Bar, and a Noodle Bar.
