For IAD-SYD, I'm looking at 20k base, 20k platinum bonus, 20k for DBL FLY MI, 10k for new interntaional route bonus and associated 15k for paying with AmEx, and 10K for the promotion giving 10k for each flight up to 100k (I forget what that one's called). I suspect some of these may not be used with other promotions, but I think all but maybe the last should work together, for approximately 85k rdm for this trip.
