I would say the majority of employees in all job capacities I have run into with AS/QX have been North of Expected . There are obviously exceptions to everything, which in the case of QX are the CSAs in BOI. They seem to be a rather rag-tag bunch with little clue of what benefits an MVPG gets that really like to run their mouthes to the people that feed them. I really haven't noticed this at other QX run stations such as both GEG and PSC. In these two places, agents have helped me out of several irrops jams, even involving partner award bookings and the like.
