Welcome to Flyertalk. It is good for all of us to hear about the good and bad Hilton hotels. I encourage you to post each poor treatment you feel is unacceptable. There are millions of travelers like us that frequent this sight. A topic that reads "HHV Treats this Diamond Poorly" would be good. Then go on and list the details.

The Hilton Honors program is very concerned with what is posted here at Flyertalk. They are so concerned that they have established an email address just for us Flyertalk people, [email protected]. HH would rather you sent them the complaint prior to posting it so they can resolve it without millions seeing it.

One case that was posted here involved a Diamond that was given a lowley-room for a two week stay at $269/night. She posted her complaint here and the [email protected] people had her situation fixed the next day.
