AFAIK there is no separation of domestic passengers on connections to other terminals, everyone gets on the same bus and gets security screened at flight connections security in the departure terminal. Will stand to be corrected if someone has experience of this but this is certainly the case when connecting T5 domestic - any other terminal.

There is no fast track at T3 flight connections and the queues can be huge so I would have recommended going landside.
