BTW the title of your thread is very misleading: it was only one person out of three who exhibited any symptoms and there is absolutely no factual support to H1N1 suggestions.
I don't think anyone is suggesting that the airline suspend operations or even refund the tickets.

I personally think the entire hysteria around the flu is overblown, but I also think allowing a schedule change would have been a reasonable middle ground.
