I agree with you. My experience is that Four Seasons service has IMPROVED during the economic downturn. They have amazingly dedicated employees. I need to pick up his book...how was it?
I'm reading the book right now. I'm skipped the first couple of chapters about his childhood and family, blah blah blah.... I just finished the interesting chapter on how he was convinced that he could build a hotel in London that could compete with the likes of the Dorchester and Ritz.
