They haven't really slashed prices; instead offering other incentives. Having picked up Isadore Sharp's new book, Four Seasons: The Story of a Business Philosophy, it sounds like he and his team have always avoided slashing things in tough times.

I agree with you. My experience is that Four Seasons service has IMPROVED during the economic downturn. They have amazingly dedicated employees. I need to pick up his book...how was it?
