When I have done what you did, the CO agent called the ticket issue/refund office and had them immediately redeposit the miles so that the new reward could be issued. The CO agent had to call to have this expedited.

cova, thanks! I called CO, they called OnePass, and it's all now sorted out and I am ticketed.
