For an upcoming Y award reservation to CPH, I noticed some business seats become available that I wanted to take advantage of. So, on Monday I called about upgrading, and the process to upgrade is to pay the $150 redeposit fee, have miles redeposited, then rebook. I decided to go ahead with this, and in the mean time, the agen made a new reservation and placed on hold with my business flights to CPH. I was told it would take 24 hrs for the miles to be redeposited, then I was to call back to complete the rebooking transaction. Today it's Wednesday, and the miles are not back yet? It's been more than 24 hrs. I am starting to feel uncomfortable about this, where's my miles? Also, my reservation on hold seems to have a new "hold till" date. It seem on Monday the reservation said it was being held till July 21. But, on July 21, it said the reservation was being held till July 22. Now, today, July 22, it says the reservation is being held till July 23rd.

Has anyhone gone through this redeposit and rebooking process, and can you share how long it takes to have the miles redeposited so I can rebook? Should I be calling CO today to see what's up? Thanks.
