In terms of overall property, as Alan said, the Westin and SOTP are about the same. Specifically about front desk staff, SOTP is by far the worst of the 3 properties in my experience.

With regards to breakfast rate (assuming you're talking about the 4Pts here, since the other places have lounges), I don't think it's worth it. There're lots of places to eat at Darling Harbour - even if some people consider them to be tourist traps, I think you'll still come out ahead at those restaurants than the 4Pts restaurant.

I think last year and the year before, the 4Pts rates were high for what it was. However, times are tougher now and there is a noticeable difference between the 4Pts rate than the Westin or SOTP rates.
