Perhaps QF F passengers are given access in London, but I have twice been told in NY that QF (paid) F only gets me access to the F lounge and not the Concorde Room. Perhaps I happened upon an uninformed and unhappy lounge dragon both times. I never understood why there is a great lounge right next to the "premium" security line but QF would rather that its best customers walk through the terminal to the rather small, uninviting and overcrowded BA F lounge.
