An Air Canada Boeing 767-300, registration C-FTCA performing flight AC-1166 from Vancouver,BC to Toronto,ON (Canada), was enroute 125nm southwest of Calgary at FL350, when the crew declared emergency reporting a fuel leak. The crew decided to divert to Calgary and descended to FL230. About 35nm from Calgary the crew cancelled the emergency and decided to continue to Toronto explaining, that they had finger trouble. The airplane reached Toronto safely with 22 minutes delay (following a 16 minutes delay at departure).
Finger trouble? Is that code for being too quick with the finger on the emergency switch?
