My expectations aren't that high for a website where the owner couldn't even spell the name of the hotel correctly in the URL (seriously, "cooppersquare.........s?"). But I still wouldn't want to hang out on that roof deck just in case he suffers a bout of competence.

I live 2 blocks from that place. There was
huge neighborhood opposition (flyers everywhere) when they were first about to open. I walk by that hotel nearly every day, but never at night -- not sure how loud it gets (the end of that block is still pretty residential) and/or whether the opposition is justified.
